Tuesday 22nd September 6pm
Carabao Cup Third Round
Brisbane Road
Three matches in and I think it's fair to say that we've yet to hit our stride, despite a good result on Sunday.
A very poor first half against Southampton was followed by an emphatic result in the second one, though.
It'll almost certainly be all change for this match and the manager will have his work cut out for him this week.
Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday matches, one of which involves travelling to Eastern Europe.
Can Mourinho get a full 90 minutes out of a team for this one or will we suffer an embarrassment?
I'd like to highlight this before discussing Orient, as I think it's a nice gesture that we can all get behind:

It's a shame that fans can't be in attendance to show our appreciation for him.Last season was a difficult one for Orient, following their previous promotion from the National League.
Justin Ediburgh won them the division and a cup and then sadly passed away in the summer.
Ross Embleton took over the manager's role temporarily before being replaced by Carl Fletcher in October.
The former Wales international only lasted 29 days though, before handing back the reins to Embleton.
A mixed campaign saw them safely finish 17th, well clear of relegation.
They've had a positive start this time out too, going unbeaten so far in the limited games that they've had.
An opening win at Oldham was followed by a 2-2 draw with Mansfield.
Success in the League Cup against Forest Green Rovers lead to a memorable comeback against Plymouth.
Orient were 2-0 down at the break and nicked it with an injury time winner:

The full game is also available on their Youtube channel for the really dedicated! For anyone searching for links between Orient and Spurs, there's a few to be had.
Ross Embleton spent some time coaching in our academy and a couple of our players were there, too.
Lee Angol, a striker, came through our youth side and has moved around a lot, despite still only being 26.
Lawrence Vigouroux is another, though the keeper spent little time here before joining Liverpool.
Hector Kyprianou is the last that I could find. Spent a few years here after joining from Cyprus.
We've face Orient 15 times in competitive games, apparently. The latest was in 2001, though.
Our record currently stands a P:15, W:10, D:3, L:2.
Here's the highlights of one of them from 1977 in the 2nd tier:

Tanganga and Bale are our only confirmed injuries at the moment.
Neither side has any suspensions.
Lineups for each side's last league game:
Spurs: Lloris; Doherty, Sanchez, Dier, Davies; Ndombele, Winks, Hojbjerg; Moura, Kane, Son.
Subs: Hart, Aurier, Alderweireld, Sissoko, Lo Celso, Lamela, Bergwijn.
Orient: Vigouroux; Ling, Coulson, Happe, Brophy; Dayton, Cisse, Clay; Sotiriou, Johnson, Maguire-Drew.
Subs: Sargeant, Thomas, Widdowson, McAnuff, Wilkinson, Angol, Dennis.
Ref: Gavin Ward. Spends most of his time in the Championship.
TV: Sky Sports.
How would you like to line up for this one and what would you change from the Southampton game?
Would you stick with much of the same lineup, make a few changes or go for a wholesale switch?
Which system and tactics would you use and what are you expecting Orient to go with?
