Disappointing ending to the season, but totally consistent with our PL form of late.

A CL final to look forward to, but that match and that performance leaves a sour taste in the mouth.

The difference between Pochettino and Fergie made clear IMHO
One whose players would have run into the ground to win for
fear of not being selected for a CL final, the other that has some players
who may believe in their own indispensability.

And hands third place to an undeserving Chelsea who’ve had a poor season. I can’t forgive that.

When coming 4th meant you had to play a champions league play-off game, it mattered. But we’ve clearly had our minds on getting to the CL final.
Couldn’t care less about chelsea finishing above us. - just remember, they can’t sign anyone for 2 windows. Let’s see if they can cope as well as we did! <yikes><laugh>

Weird game to end the season in the league. Odd to think as well that this could be the last time we see Eriksen, Toby, Llorente, Janssen and Lamela playing at home.

It’s been a weird season in general really, which no doubt will be dissected in more detail in the coming weeks, especially after the CL final. But everything else aside it’s good to see us finishing top 4 once again, even if we’ve scraped over the line.

Roll on Madrid!!
