Yep, Charges brought by public interest, got to court and all the CP had was the testimony of the witness with no collaborating evidence what so ever. So with AJ if it's one word against the other it could well be down to character assassination of the defendant and alledged victim. Things like not reporting the offence immediately, an inconsistent account, voluntary return to abuser, a history of dishonesty or of drink or drugs abuse and track record of infidelity.
Very true Bri.
Mud clags though unfortunately.

We'll see. I think it will be one word against the other and it will get messy for both AJ and the Lass.
Well what I meant was, when somebody gets found not guilty some people say "I see that bastard has got away with that."
I've heard it a hundred times & I'm like, "no, he's been found not guilty, different thing."

Didn't Kevin Webster get like 6 charges and one of them was grooming? He got found not guilty.

"Le Vell, 48, denies five counts of rape, three of indecent assault, two counts of sexual activity with a child, and two of causing a child to engage in sexual activity".

No mention of grooming in that exhaustive list.

Oh yes, most of these will be idiots who aren't in hold of the facts either, guaranteed, people who'll accept the justice system only when it suits. ****ers in other words, their response when you ask them on what basis did they think he was guilty? Will quickly separate the ****ers from those with a genuine opinion.

I wasn't sure, hence the question mark. However, he did face a total of 19 charges im sure of that.

Must have been some more then.

I know that people can be charged for even suggesting that they'd be up for meeting, in police stings for example, where the '*****' would be baited, so the evidence they have could literally be nothing or a whole world of ****, we just won't know until the case.

not guilty until proven otherwise for me as well.
on another note, could Sunderland sue him for lost potential sell on fees etc. if he is found guilty?
