I never understand the hype over Oasis. They write things like
"Slowly walking down the hall, faster than a cannonball"
So they're walking slowly, but still really fast. Erm, what?
Five favourite albums:
Nick Drake - Pink Moon
Eric Dolphy - Out To Lunch
Robert Wyatt - Rock Bottom
Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works Volume II
Sergei Prokofiev - Violin Sonata I (Argerich/Kremer)
Quite a wide range of music skalpel.
Can listen to anything good myself. Got Blues, Swing, Jazz, Rock & Pop albums myself

What Blues, swing & Jazz artists are you into mate?
Absolutely love the blues - used to go to this buskers night in Leeds full of old blues musicians, one who used to own a club in Redcar that had a who's who of blues play there back in the day and he'd jammed with them all!
Also for anyone into classical music, I love the works of Ludovico Einaudi, well worth a listen to some of his albums.
You'd love Chopin. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHAOrjgIfbg
Pachelbel's Canon is probably my favourite classical piece.
Always liked Glenn Millers music, even as a kid before my musical tastes were determined.
