A little something about travel to the away games from NUFC.com

Via their commercial partner Thomas Cook, the club have made a belated return to the travel market for two of our three Europa League Group Stage away fixtures.

Day trips by air are currently on offer to the Brugge and Bordeaux games (but not Maritimo) and the only proviso looks to be that those booking are current season ticket holders or members. which will doubtless be interpreted by many regular travellers as legalised queue-jumping.

On behalf of those fans travelling independently, we've contacted NUFC for clarification on selling arrangements for both of these away games, whether away season ticket holders are catered for and whether tickets will be sold on a loyalty point basis or first come, first served.

As and when we receive a reply we'll share it with you.

I just received my Maritimo ticket in the mail!

Buzzing, I applied despite only being a member, and have got lucky, mustn't be many ST holders going.

Anyone heading over to Madeira tomorrow?
Idea of a decent meet up point for a cheeky pint or 5 somewhere in the centre of Funchal town?

Yeah that's what I was thinking...Isn't he approaching/just passed 5 years without missing a match home or away?

Don't know if his run is still unbroken but he was going to all the away games. Saw him at a few of them (and heard him too, bit of a noisy bugger) last time was Chelsea away last season.
