Both are difficult..... the league table doesn't lie at this point. We're absolutely dreadful away.
I'm not saying it's an easy game because there's only 3 points between the two clubs after 36 games.
The amount of toon fans thinking it'll be a walk in the park because they're **** has forced me to point this out
I think his point was we’re awful away, have been all season and have two away fixtures left. I was genuinely hoping we could challenge Spurs, then Howe pulls a masterclass meaning we don’t even get close to beating ****ing Brighton. There’s enough at stake and we **** it up, yet we will stick with Howe again in the pursuit of trophies?! It’s madness.
We will win both games.

We played a worse 11 today than at Burnley and it wasn't necessary. Howe once again failed to change a game from the bench Today... he can't seem to change a game which at some point will cost the club more finals etc.
I'm genuinely unable to think of a single game he's made changes that have changed a game positively... West Ham is the only one and that was an accident.. is there any other?
How about a months username and avy bet ? You guys are always keen to puff out your chests, but when your conviction is tested you always fold.
I'm not bothered about all that.
In all seriousness, these last two games are crunch time, hopefully Howe does the business, because this is where i do have some slight doubts about him, as good a job he is doing overall.
As I said, the second he can go back to his 433 comfort zone and start playing 1:2’s with Almiron, he does. We've trotted out this tired crap against Brighton repeatedly and failed, yet here we are doing it again.
For me if we’re not in the EL I’d get rid of him.
He's going to get another season which is probably fair, but if the club sign any more plodders this summer it'll be difficult for whoever replaces him.
I'd love to know who was the one shouting for Barnes because that signing has been very costly. If they spent 45 million on two cbs we'd have been much better off.
The Barnes signing is Everton esque.
Doesn’t look like that to me. And to think so is miserable.
8th equals 1 game a week which is advantageous.... focus on the pluses.
I’ll decide then if it happens. Unless and until it happens I won’t waste my time worrying about it.
