What I would’ve done differently is bought players for the first team, not subs/yourh; then slightly amend the style of play from 100mph pressing to elements of counter attack and through improving the first XI would have more than likely have had the quality to control matches rather than chase them.
Better still. Change the white stripes to black and the black stripes to white. Then we can play in white and black stripes. The exact opposite to the first strip.

Come February it's going to be about getting to 40 points then reevaluation.
Form will be 9 losses in 10 ... that's so bad.
Once you've got relegation form of 9 losses in 10 with only 29 points after almost 3/4 of a season it becomes the next target. Well after getting a win anyway.
