Yep, that's my worry. A win vs Brentford would be massive - but a defeat could mean real trouble.

Brentford will be fielding Eriksen who's a top top player and you can put your house on Toney scoring.

I would be quite happy with a point if the same players are missing...

A loss would be a bastard bit not the end at all. I'd still rather be nufc than Burnley even if we lose

Yeah right Lawro.

This is the same Brentford that have taken 1 point from their last 7 games.

No it's not though because Eriksen hasn't played yet and Toney has been injured.

Unfortunately they both start on Saturday so Brentford will be a better side than those 7 games

Eriksen hasn't been a top top player in ****ing years.

This narrative being spun because of his heart attack is nonsense.

The Danes improved when he was out, he was gash.

Leeds and Brentford really look like they are getting sucked into it. A win against Brentford would be a brilliant result for us. Burnley look worryingly like they are getting their act together and unlike some of the other teams I suspect they have the bottle to get themselves out of it.

Eriksen has been out since forever, and is unlikely to be the player he was pre cardiac incident.

Toney is obviously good, but he's hardly going to carry a team that are doing so badly.

Can't agree really he's a top player mate.. He'll definitely improve Brentford and so will Toney.

Not going to be an easy game and if people are looking at the last 7 it's not going to be the same 11.

I've see Brentford play well and I've seen them play ****e much like nufc.

Big game

Probably won't get 90 mins but ultimately he'll improve Brentford and Toney does too so my point remains.

You mentioned stats from the last 7, but it won't be the same side nufc face. It'll be a stronger side.. Thats my point.

I doubt they will throw Eriksen in straight away, more likely to start on the bench?

Hopefully... I don't like the idea of watching him anyway.. Feeling like he could die. It'll add the anxiety..

I hope our players don't kiss his arse though.. Go straight through him and let him know

Toney has played in some of the last 7 and they've still been gash. Eriksen is the onky difference and he's still a potential risk.

Brentford had a great start, but they've fallen right off the cliff recently, I don't see a hugely change in them for this game.

The amount of improvement was never in dispute. I simply pointed out Brentford have two good players in the 11 that haven't been before. They'll be a stronger side because of it

Nufc have been gash in many games too... I see a tough away game on Saturday.. Its the premier league they're all tough

Toney has played in 21 of Brentford's 26 games this season, he's hardly a secret weapon.

We haven't been gash for a while and we've improved vastly recently, and that has coincided with Brentford being on an awful run. Gotta hope both of our runs continue.

Your last sentence is pure Bruce btw.... Its also true though sadly.

I never said he was a secret weapon I said Brentford will be a stronger 11 with Eriksen and Toney.

Steve Bruce would have said make no mistake they're a very very good side... I didn't say that mate.

If we beat Brentford I think we are more or less on the up. I would say we can’t lose (we are away) but a win.

That just takes us forward.
