When little Peter (Beardsley, not Crouch) used to play for them I’d have room in my heart for Liverpool.
But for the last decade or more I’ve found them a ****ing annoying club.

so I’m really pissed off that they’re looking set to qualify for the Champions League (“champions plus 4 also rans” to be precise)

I need an “Irrational hatred” thread

Is it the case that because the champions league final is Man City v Chelsea that there will be 5 English clubs in next seasons CL?
 
Tell you what, I’m really enjoying watching a game not being ****ing ruined by VAR! Really impressed with this ref as well like have to be honest, doesn’t see, phased by the importance of this game at all and letting it flow very nicely.

Very entertaining, although the game on next should be even more so!

I totally agree it’s been class. Having the fans back makes such a difference. Not really been that impressed with Toney so far given the amount of goals he’s scored. He’s missed a few half decent chances.

I'm all over their board at full time today

the uprising we saw on the warm glow thread post Brighton reminded me they're still trying to reignite the dieing embers of their civilisation down there and I'm going to enjoy stamping them out and slowly twisting my boot as I do it.
