In trouble and there's no getting away from the fact. It's not negativity it's reality. Newcastle need 2 or 3 unlikely results in a row to avoid being drawn into the relegation battle.
We've only played 8 games and we're already 9 points clear of the relegation zone. Anyway, back to sanity for a second, today's results have been pretty good, but I wish Everton lost.
Hang on you were using the table after 4 games. The number of games is irrelevant to what I'm saying. I'm not saying nufc will get relegated. If Newcastle lose the next 2 they'll be 15th or worse before going away to high flying forest. It's more likely Newcastle will lose the next 2, so there's no harm in saying it. All of a sudden we're in a situation where we are hoping for results against the odds to avoid catastrophe.
They went plan b stuck some giants on went 2 up top and started lobbing balls in the box... it worked.... it wouldn't work for us we don't have anyone to get on the end of anything.
No idea but they'll have to put a run together or the **** is going to start hitting the fan by mid November. Newcastle need a win from the next 2 games at least to avoid a **** storm internally and externally. If Newcastle are sitting 15th 16th or 17th that's surely not acceptable given the spend.
What a bizarre question! Of course we could, and at the same time we could also be top of the league by Christmas.
It’s not really. I’m being reasonable. Look at our fixtures. We really need to start putting some performances in. I am worried about tomorrow.
Chelsea are getting their **** together. A lot of teams are. If we do get a result tomorrow that would be brilliant. But I fear we might get a hiding.
I think we'll get beat but a win would be brilliant. Newcastle seem pretty toothless and when you look through the side there's literally 1 or 2 players with goals in them so it's hardly surprising.
