When they discuss new players, they need to go for young players who have the potential to be PL players, not PL players who think they are too good for the NPC and will end up playing worse than NPC players.

When you consider that the core of both Norwich and Southampton's squads contain League One Players, having gained back to back promotions. It just goes to show that there are fields containing diamonds down there. Recruit Karl Robinson who knows that league inside out, and build with a young manager and a young hungry team for the future. With a few additional and more established gems we will have the foundations in place to move forward with a very good squad instead of trying to purchase overnight success.

I know, have a wage cap too, promotion and relegation raises/cuts included. Its why I dont think Redknapp is the right bloke to take us forward.

Agree Robinson looks a prospect. Heard he's a bit of an R too! (Least with him we'd have a better chance against MKD!)

John Gorman is with him at present I believe too. A good footballing pair that. Wise old head with sharp new eyes and ideas.
