This has been coming since about the fifth minute. Gareth Barry nibbles at the heels of Diego Costa, Costa reacts and squares up to Barry. Once, twice, three times a head-charge [not a head-butt] and he thinks about biting him you know! He bares his teeth but changes his mind.

The two then hug. Referee Michael Oliver books them both. So two yellows make a red - Diego Costa sent off for the first time in a Chelsea shirt.
