No. Hence the loan to get games and improve.

To the best of my recollection I only saw him play once, but was quite impressed. Certainly could hold his own against his immediate competition - Armstrong, Kolli and Lloyd.

In the world we live in now Les would have been boo'd after his first 5 games and the manager sacked for giving him a second season.

Before Kelman went out on loan, did anybody think he was any good?

We only saw bit parts of him. He's never scored for us so there was little to go on but for the club to have extended his contract suggests they saw improvement and his loans are to help develop him. He scored 7 in 43 games first time at Orient in League Two, this season it's 26 in all competitions in 47 games. His valuation at present is £300k and I'd guess that's possibly the right to buy price as he may not want to come back to us if he got the chance to go to Orient and his value there would be far higher if he carried on scoring as he has. From what I've seen of him this season he's a proper handful...
