The trend is for ball playing keepers and defenders, with almost everyone wanting to play out from the back.
Most teams also press high.
This leads to open defences and loads of goals.

I might rethink my view that Mourinho is yesterday’s man in that case. At least his teams are usually tight at the back. Of course, he’s ****ing Spurs now, so I hope I’m wrong.
 
Just had a quick look at the Prediction League.

Not one person predicted Villa would beat Liverpool.
 
Erm 5 now.....

Probably an hour or so ago Liverpool fans would have been taking the p1ss out the man u fans after their pasting by spurs....<laugh>
 
Most of the Villa goals have been very large deflections from a Liverpool player.

They could easily be classified as own goals!
