it does sound like something is missing context and its a typical thing to throw against an unliked manager

No wonder he didn't want Seri...
Hearing some stuff coming out of the club tonight. Seems Walter was a really horrible person to play for. No real coaching skills just a nasty bastard and didn’t hold back on criticism. Didn’t like certain players and had Andy Dawson doing his dirty work with regard to handing out bollokings and slatings. Apparently never spoke directly to Slater in over 6 months. Sounds like a real arsehole. Good riddance. We are better than this ****. Bring on Andy’s Tigers for Saturday.
To me it shows the disconnect between the scouting team and Walter. I genuinely don’t think they got the type of midfielder he wanted. Which is evidenced by the fact he played a midfield 3 of Slater, Simons and Puerta who in my opinion are very similar in skill sets.
if it’s true that Dublin is leading the hunt for a new manager then hopefully that means there will be more synergy for January in getting some players in to fix this mess
baz said tim would lay into non playing staff and how they look and what they wear
I'd have him back on loan in January, mind.I rate him too I just don’t know why we signed a number 10 when the new manager doesn’t utilise a traditional number 10. At least Mehlem and Ömür can play as box-to-box mids due to their work rate.
It reminds me of Klopp signing Carvalho from Fulham then never using him or playing him out wide because he didn’t use a number 10 either. Brentford then signed him and Thomas Frank doesn’t use a traditional number 10 either lol.
It's probably a good job that Aaron Connolly had left before Tim arrived anarl.

He might end up with a 'nasty damp patch'...What Dion Dublin? Will we end up semi detached, terraced, or flat?

I was banging on about (lack) of goals in our squad the other day.Palmers yet to do it for me. A lot of folk get on Ömürs back because of end product, but he works hard at both ends of the pitch and does the simple things better than most if not every player in the team. Palmer has shown bravery in his passing intent but has so far been as ineffective as Omur in terms of end product but without the other sides to his game.
I suppose now for the players it'll be like new season start, lets see if they improve.I was banging on about (lack) of goals in our squad the other day.
Omur, 0 in 49 games over this season and last.
Palmer, 6 in roughly the same number.
I was excited to see Omur this season. He's been a massive disappointment. Can only hope it was largely down to Walter.
Chris Hughton’s odds have just collapsed with bookies. Into 2/1 second favourite.
