To be serious I take no pleasure in that, if true. I genuinely wanted it to work, it sounded so good.

I just observed no cohesion in the match day teams, from the friendlies. Every game they played like a fresh group of strangers. There was nothing, especially progress.

We had decent players from last season who suddenly looked inept. That’s not on them, it’s the leadership they’re following,

If he has indeed gone, I hope we can fully get behind the new boss & team without dwelling on what’s happening now.

I’m gonna start a new manager out thread asap

Need to get the right appointment in now. Let them develop a winning team regardless of play style and stop meddling with that. I agree with group efforts on transfers etc. Get someone in with tactical sense and the willingness to adapt to the championship.

Tim was truly let down by powers above him but since that 3 win streak he's done himself zero favours. I suspect he will go on to do well on the continent and we will wonder why it went wrong here.

Should have happened a month ago. We’ve wasted a lot of time and dropped too many points in the meantime.

However, we are where we are. Let the rebirth of the club start here.

agree, he should have gone weeks ago as it was evident the players did not have a clue what "Teutonic Tim" was on about
At least Shota was humble & we all wished him the best
Tim was too full of himself & rubbed the supporters up the wrong way, so jog on!!!!

With the right personnel it might have worked... there were times it looked like it might click, but this league if you want to get out of it (upwards) is about consistency, grinding out a 0-0 when you have to and scraping a 1-0. Unfortunately for Tim he put so much emphasis on the performance when we all didn't give a hoot how we won a game. He also alienated the support. Hope he gets a new gig and that he can try again. Thanks for trying...

Don't let the door hit you in the ass. After that run of 3 wins I was coming round, and felt some real excitement, but the last 2 months' football and results has been simply as bad as it gets, like worse than anything under Shota or Slutsky and we've looked as clueless as we did that half a season under Phelan, only we're playing some right **** rather than premier league teams. Enough time for someone to come in and sort us out, and see us to safety.....just want to get that love and passion back!
