From my point of view, yes....
Its time for Steve Lansdown to step back in and take control of his/our club again. I don't know how many games he has actually been at recently but he NEEDS to come and see just how bad things have got for himself.
Not only is there no direction from the manager of the team, there is silence from the Chairman regarding the pitiful performances this season. It would seem that all is fine and our tactics are apparently spot on or at least, thats what the manager tells the chairman who knows nothing about football - if this is so, why is it that WE NOW OCCUPY A RELEGATION POSITION...???
Also concerning is the fact that there are still some (admittedly not many) of our supporters who seem to think that given time, the manager is suddenly going to shake a magic wand and it will all be ok again.
It is a pretty good axiom that a teams performance on the pitch reflect the character, desire and ability of the manager (you can think of your own examples). This would go a long way to explaining why our performances are lacklustre, aimless, devoid of direction, leadership, passion and generally mediocre.
We no longer play anything resembling coherent attacking football and constantly play players out of position. JCR seems to be the only one who knows how to try and fashion a chance and he gets hauled off. In short, this manager is devoid of tactical ability and is bankrupt in the ideas department.
I don't blame the players, they are capable of much better - I believe that the manager has dragged them down to his level.
It is no longer about giving him time - rather like the monkeys, the typewriters and Shakespeare, you could give this manager an infinite number of games and players and an infinite number of formations and it wouldn't make a blind bit of difference because, he is not a leader of men...
I believe that we are now pretty much back to how things were at the club before GJ came and without SL's hand at the tiller, the club is stagnating again..
I am genuinely distressed at what is happening to OUR club, the one that I have followed all around the country for my entire life so, SOLELY TO MAKE A POINT, I've decided that I won't go to anymore matches whilst this manager remains in place.
In my case, this is cutting off my nose to spite my face as I have already paid for my season ticket so I am not damaging the club but the more empty red seats there are, the sooner Sexstone might get the message that leaving the current manager in place will see us back in League One and no Colin, that is not a good thing...

).. he was VERY impressed and asked for a Cardiff polo shirt (which was duly purchased) so he could wear it during the game. He then asked at the end if he could come with me more often...
