I've watched every streamed game on iPad, but my Dad, hasn't been able to stream any on his newer iPad. He is able to logon but not to access the stream.

Just noticed your previous post on this. I had no problem with the West Brom game but it makes you wonder how many more are missing out on this but prefer to keep quiet. I take on board the point made earlier about browsers but from what I could see I had no technical issues at my end yesterday. Might try paying Friday for the Saturday Millwall game, see if that works.

I don’t know if it’s just coincidence, but West Brom was the only game I tried to pay for immediately before kick off, the others I sorted well ahead of the game starting.

If you do have an issue, it’s best to find out well in advance, as online support work through a checklist that takes forever and once the game’s started, it’s pretty much a waste of time.

I've bought games well before, just before and at half time. Apart from the commentary lagging it's been fine. Windows 10 and Chrome.

I left the last match until just before kick-off so I thought you'd cracked it until I tried now for tomorrow and still no joy - surely you can pay well in advance? Working fine for previous games on Firefox so I guess it's nothing to do with my computer or set-up. Not sure I want to contact support, it might wind me up even further.
