I've directly asked our so-called Marketing, Communications and Ticketing Manager, and it's fairly obvious from his belated answers that he doesn't much care, or someone's 'advising' him not to!
I see he tells us that he increased Birmingham City's membership by 700%, achieved a year on year season ticket growth, and the doubling of staff in his particular department. I wish him well in his hunt for another job!

£1 million bill for TWS for failing to reach play offs
I think it would be best to simply refer to it as the ****e Tax ?!

Wrong, only 1800 and it's now sold out, we could've sold the other 800 for the biggest game of the season comfortably.

It was the ticket office who said we'd sold 2,000.

We're entitled to 10% of the capacity and we haven't taken them for what could be a relegation decider, it really is beyond stupid.

The club have announced there's 200 tickets available now, but they're all 'restricted view'.

Should be open every match, with proper concessions then hundreds of us could have our seats back.

I still can't believe they've announced that they're closing it completely next season, i think most games have seen crowds slightly more than 20k so it'll need to be open most games, i actually think the crowds will steadily improve next season anyway now more zone 1 blocks have been introduced.

If you factor in all the IF"S about next season, the people involved at all levels of this club are not football people or they would be planning for May 23rd.!!!
