Jolly good. Fun and winners, in no particular order (some of us don't actually bet so picking a winner is fun). Also, for some of us, it can be educational/interesting. A nice mix to cater for all is what's needed, I think.

anyone know if sandown is likely to go ahead on sat because i've been saving for it!

gents if you are playing at Southwell I would really suggest checking out sire stats on flatstats.co.uk - worth a little bit of time and effort.

Hello lads.

Bit parky today and nothing for me again on the old punting front.

I will, however,be closely watching the huge Knockgraffon King,in the 2.40 at Clonmel and and like him a lot.He will make a good novice chaser in the Autumn,or sooner maybe. He is seven already.

Had the run of the race LTO at Navan and not entirely sure whay to make of the form tbh,but he was visually impressive (the only kind according to everyones new favourite contributor).

He drops back slightly in trip for this and this course is much sharper than Navan.I just feel he may get done for toe but he remains in my notebook regardless of what happens today.

In other news,Ted Dicks, composer of the theme tune to "Carry On Screaming" has sadly passed away. That movie is a Great British comedy classic.

GL all investing.

Well when our selection is pushing and shoving along after 50 yards of running 1m3f is a long way...!!!!

Quack, quack oops...

Cyc - Airplane... One of the greatest funnies ever...!!! Have used a lot of the one liners in that film... Just brilliant...<ok>

Cheers Dex... Just that way out today... No bets, but loads of fun guessing my way through the sand...!!!

I see that Ron is entered in the bumper at Wetherby on Saturday. We note that he is a chestnut gelding, yet he admits to having grand-children - must have had the chop afterwards then! There is no announcement of who is riding him - is that something you wish to keep quiet Ron?

I heard Shakira was booked to ride but that was before Tom arrived with his bloody bricks. Now on the lookout for an attractive lesbian. Expected to go well nevertheless.
