They're vey nice, fuker to keep clean tho eh<laugh> the grey ones I got have a matt finish and feel, bit similar to suede.

Aint had a pair of pumps for a while tbh (I call those kicks pumps btw)

They just don't look of the highest quality mate is all.

Get some vintage.

Bro I can't wear conspicuous stuff like that<laugh>

And I really don't like them, too loud for me.

What you reckon on those Challenger OG then?

They'd be the first Nike I've owned since I used to buy Air Jordan's. Fancy a change.

As you know mate I don’t really do colourful trainers. Trying to remember the last colourful pair I owned, I had a pair of Air Max Paris in Khaki if that counts, other than that probably Micropacers back around 2005ish.

Nike ****ers.

The last 2 that libby and chief posted, piss all over any of those hideous air max things....

I was trying to think of the name of this thread a couple of weeks ago. Just for some ideas on trainers for my son.

I hadn't realised but he only ever wears Nike and I wanted to get him to try something else. Wanted to go a bit retro and was trying to find the dark bown and white Gazelles but they don't seem to do them anymore? In the end got him a pair of the dark blue ones. He loves them.

Gazelles are cool as fk...always in fashion and so many colours

about every 2/3years I find myself purchasing a pair...last one was black with yellow stripes

I was trying to look on here for something modern that might appeal to him but I couldnt remember the thread. I've always liked gazelles. Simple, old skool and like you say so many colour combos.

He was dissing Adidas (saying stuff like they're always too fat at the front) until those turned up and had to accept his old man knew a bit more than him. One of those dad moments.

You'd find brown somewhere, some of the mens clothing websites sell 'exclusives' that Adidas themselves don't sell colour wise.

Anyway, he's got some now so hopefully on a long road of Adidas originals love.

Got about ten pairs in my wardrobe, various colours. Never buy Gazelle though! No idea why, just never have. Think at the time they first were about I preferred Samba, Bamba and Kick.

My Nike's have been dispatched. Bit nervous, first pair of Nike I've bought for decades.

They'd better be good.

Owned loads of pairs of Adidas over the years, Trim Trab, Samba, Micropacer, ZXZ Adv, about 10 pairs of Superstar. My kids wear Gazelles, I think I had a pair at school as well, wouldn’t wear them now though.

I stopped buying Nike years back, as I’ve got quite wide feet and I found their sizings to be quite narrow at the front end of the trainer, as they all seem to taper in.

Adidas seem to have a 3 year colour rotation, I have to buy 3 pairs of these at a time
