Danny has had too many Baron runs to consider him as the No1 striker and he has had plenty of chances under Brendan alone where he should have been dropped quite a few times, He is ok to use in an emergency but he is not a top striker in the premiership (with our style anyway) and may be better elsewhere...

Well as laudrup have been saying since before the window opened that we need to bring in a striker for the second half of the season and bare in mind there was no talk of danny leaving then ...well he has failed. there is no arguing about it he failed miserably and put us in a bad situation and that is a fact. He realized that by letting danny go we are weakening the side and he panicked on the last day by virtually begging a striker to join us.....he could not get anyone as he dont have the pulling power some seem to think he has and now we find ourselves very weak up front as shown against west ham. michu has gone off the boil and not much of a threat and we have nobody else to score the goals.....No im sorry laudrup has let us down and needs help in the transfer market. He should identify who we need (which he did before the window opened) and let the club do the negotiations and not take it upon himself to do everything....the club negotiated JDG

and not laudrup and that's how our transfers should be done....he identifies and the club does the business and not laudrup identifies, negotiates or sells players as we now know it is beyond him and because of that we are now in a weaker position.......

Dai, can you tell me where Laudrup told everyone he was going for a striker in the window ?

Dai gets banged to rights on so many issues i just have to respect his resolve to stick it out even when proved wrong <ok>

Are you an idiot or are you so green with envy that you have to trawl old posts that has absolutely nothing to do with today.<doh> I could find you recent posts by me saying that he has become a better player under laudrups wing but i cant be bothered as it will only make you a bigger idiot than you are proving yourself to be.... you i will say not just you but anyone will have a long way to go to ever try and get one over on me...except it and you will stop making a fool of yourself as i will shoot you down and blind you with facts and knowledge you can only dream about......thats the way things are im afraid so deal with it and stop making yourself look foolish...<ok>
