They're absolutely gash and we all know it. The point is, though, that there is something about playing at Wembley that imbues even the ****test, Walton-esque footballer with an ability to play well beyond his usual capabilities. I honestly think we'll lose.

Even Walton scored in a 4-0 win at the weekend. Is it a sign?

If you said the opposite i would be worried.

Sounds like the Hull FC of football <laugh>

If it was they would have been beat by a record score the first time they went, then beaten by another record score the next time and then 'nilled' as the RL crowd call it on the latest visit whilst conceding yet another record score against them. Facts that have been airbrushed out of the history books and the latest record defeat had been airbrushed out before the team got back to Hull.

There's nothing wrong with them thinking they can beat us. Over confidence can be your undoing.
Surely they will pack the defence and hang on for pens?

That would not be shock either if they did. Since the Blunts Lost 3-0 @ Crewe on sat 1st february SU have only conceeded (1) one goal and that was to Forest in the FAC. 11 CLEAN SHEETS in the last 12 games. For sure it wont be easy.

Umm.. no. Sheffield United are the scum of the football world.
They will always in my mind be our main enemies.

Not even close. imo.

Not a bad result for them though- an away draw against a team in the play off places.

Tight defence.

I thought that Preston should have had a few last night to win with ease. But the Blunts rode there luck at times.

SU are in a spiral of w/end - midweek games at the moment which carries on upto the semi-final date. In fact they have a home league one game with local rivals Rotherham on tuesday 8th as well. I wonder what legs they will have left especially towards the end of a tight game.

I expect SB to have us moving the ball around the vast areas of Wembley and exploit the gaps. Wembley is No place for tired legs.
