    Nothing whatsoever Cest.

Suprising, as he's highly rated, and both Malaga and Sevilla are looking for left wingers.

Considering the national press swarming all over the Young, Downing and N'Zogbia deals here in England, thats quite amazing really.

I cant say I know that much about him really but he certainly looks like an attacking player with pace and a goal in him. Would be a huge gamble though and I'd sooner see a player with EPL experience come in than a PC Manager style appointment.

Gardner and Vaughan put paid to us signing Hitzlsperger I fear. I would have loved to have seen him here, letting Steed and and Zenden go took a whole chunk of experience out our team. Sure we have O'Shea and Brown but they dont come across as the leader figure Hitz does. Hes played a pile of games for a very strong Germany team as well which can only mean good things.

It's broke on the BBC article today that we offered him a deal earlier in the window, which he declined as he thought he'd 'get a better offer'.

I saw that earlier BB and it proves that these players think of money first then playing. Where they play and who for is immaterial. Surely our offer wasn’t that derisory as to make him hold fire? The thing is, offer a footballer less than 50,000 per week and they take it as in insult?

Its absolute madness and cant last much longer!
