Watching the odd bit...Makes me feel depressed - this year will be only the 2nd Leeds Festival I'll miss in 8 years.

Get what you mean...I wish I was going to Leeds this year. Just for the atmosphere really...line up isnt fantastic. But, still gutted I aint going.
 
Decided I'd give em a miss. Cant really see how it'd be any different too 2005. Although, have just switched on to see Glasvegas, looked rather good.

Glasvegas are an inspiration in a way aren't they. Saw the lead singer on Soccer Saturday, he was a failed footballer (Alloa, Airdrie and a few other lower league scottish teams) got released and his sister bought him a guitar to give him something to do coz he was moping round the house doing nothing. Taught himself to play formed a band with sister and a few mates and a few years later ... Glasvegas! Makes you wonder whether it is really that easy!?
 
Leeds/Reading tickets still for sale due to the line up being pretty disappointing. Sold out so quick last year too.
