The point was Corbyn voted against war in Iraq and was right to do so .
He obviously didn't get fooled by Blair with his WMD bullshit May did and was all for it.
Trident can only be used as a retaliation so if we push the button before being frazzled by a mushroom cloud we will frazzle millions of other people after we die.
In 2017 I can't believe people think that's a rational way of thinking.
Wacky Warky would probably be up for bombing Assad starting war with Russia and nuking N Korea to make us feel safer against mentalists.
I would much rather we didn't keep getting involved in pointless wars ,learn from our mistakes.

I'd like you to show me where in this thread that I said that I supported a pre emotive nuclear strike? Stop putting words into my mouth. You are as bad as that other nutter Rob! The sad fact is that we can't somehow uninvemt Nuclear weapons and now that N Korea is on the verge of obtaining them it would be crazy and irresponsible of us to get rid of ours! Only a unilateral agreement between all of the existing Nuclear powers will get rid of these weapons but that is never likely to happen so why make us weaker by scrapping ours!

If N Korea attempted to nuke us America Israel France Russia China etc would retaliate for us .
Spending billions on Trident is an expensive pointless vanity project that we can't afford and don't need.

A pointless vanity project that keeps 1000s of people in jobs besides everything else! We spend 2% of our GDP on nuclear weapons so it's hardly a huge amount compared to other things! And I don't want us to rely on any other country to retaliate for us thank you very much!

North Korea can't hit us and never will be able to.
Lining the pockets of arms manufacturers and cutting health care and schooling is total madness if you ask me.
If one day we get nuked you will never know if our American made nuclear missiles worked .
Those 1000s of jobs you are concerned about are mainly Lockheed Martin employees in California. <laugh>
 
May has proven herself to be naive and untrustworthy when it comes to big decisions.
Had we voted to not go into Iraq Afghanistan and Lybia and the Americans chose not to go it alone, the World would be a much safer place and we wouldn't have the migrant crisis.
We should learn from past mistakes and not repeat them.
For a warmongering disaster like May to call Corbyn a threat to National security is hypocrisy personified.
