Unfortunately there's no such thing as 'First Class post' now . . . . there are First Class postage prices, but not service, and nobody seems to care
You can't even complain about late delivery on the Royal Mail site, that's obviously deliberate as they will get so much. Probably the reason they ditched the email option to contact them too.
This letter is from Companies House and states I could face a penalty if i don't respond 8 days before I receive it. I'll just finish this time machine so I can respond straight away...last week.
