I read this a couple of weeks ago:The Mrs spends a fair bit on stuff for the birds, but she gets a lot of pleasure from it, so it's worth it.
We don't seem to see many blue tits now, we used to get loads a few years ago, though we do get quite a few robins.
One I have noticed we see a lot more of, not in the garden, but flying nearby, is red kites.
We have a couple of blackbirds which nest in the hedge every year....not sure if they're the same ones mind, they all look the same to me.
Get a few crows as well, they' seeem quite brave, don't seem to just fly off when I'm in the garden.
