Off Topic The Wimbledon thread

No
That's not the correct course of action
The correct course of action is to simply ban the moaning bastards

nah don't have to ban em........... its a forum, its a melting pot of differing opinions.
each comment is valid.
OLM just has to grow a thicker skin thats all.
<shrug>

I'm getting really sick of all the whinging about the moderating on here.

If people aren't happy with the job I'm doing, then fine, vote me off and appoint someone else.

Is there a vote?

There is no whinging, just genuine observations.

You can't see what's been deleted, you've no idea how many PM's are sent before action is taken (currently 700 threads on my PM's, over 2,000 messages). And this is definitely whinging...

Just not being arsed to read properly is not good or fair moderation., as is a ban, from a key thread with no prior warning, post or PM. Piss poor and extremely BIG BROTHER.

Meanwhile, back at Wimbledon, Venus W looked unstoppable today, whatever Konta tried Venus had something better. No shame losing to someone in that form.

Now I don't particularly find Konta attractive, far from it, but considering the temperature on court must have been quite high she must have had a micro weather system surrounding her given the fine display of smuggling peanuts.

It's a fair observation of what happened to me, I don't need to see your inbox to know that - if you want to call that whinging then crack on, but it's a tad schoolboy.

Just like the Williams-Konta semi, whatever Berdych did Fed could go one better. Masterful.
