2 sets to 1 Federer. Roanic has a hell of a serve (a couple @149 mph), but he's had at least 7 double faults.
OK, does anyone know this? How do they decide who goes first, then second on Centre Court? Is it all pre-determined in the draw?
Raonic on the brink. 5-2 up. Federer looks out of it. EDIT: Everytime I say he looks out of it, he wins the following game
This will be the best chance Murray will ever get to win Wimbledon again, as a 2 time Champion he would be regarded as one of the greats in an era of Djokovic/Nadal/Federer which is no mean feat. Just can't see Raonic beating him especially when Murray/Lendl/Delgado review the footage from the Federer semi in particular regarding the serve of Raonic, which might not hold up anyway because of the occasion
I think it might be quite close. Roanic has matured a lot in the last couple of years. Powerful serve, but also showed some exceptional movement today against probably the best ever player. Mixed feelings for me...Brit vs Canuck. If the Montenegrin/Canuck can get Murray a little wound up, Roanic's level-headed temperament may just pull it off.
Murray showed me up in the French Open so would never back him again but after facing Djokovic countless times in finals I think it will be a picnic for him, we'll see!
