There was a bloke about three seats away from me on the train last night got off at Green Park who I heard saying was heading back to Munich, was it you Munich?...
My mates dad went for a pee in the last minute, yes really. That's why I didn't drink all day, I didn't want to miss a second of action.
So just realized I haven't got a program Any one know where you can get one from please....club shop? wembley?
What a nutty finish to the match; let's have ZAM MOR A that back in the PL. Sorry, that's just Yep, we can expect a big struggle next year. But if we can fight like we did after the red card, and have a go like we did after conceeding against Wigan, I'll be proud to keep flying the flag.
Is it a coincidence, that the Semifinal and final team only contained one loanee, the only one who wants to play for us next season No Carroll, No Morrison, No Maiga, #WeRtogether???
Hands up......that was me and my lad! At the 87 minute mark I said Extra Time is nailed on, let's have a pee and beat the rush. Missed the goal completely and smashed my phone up going berserk with the stewards on the concourse.....I missed the first 2 goals at Barnsley too having a mistimed slash. Might have to do it more often! Great to meet most of you at Hennesseys - once my phone has been glued back together I'll try and upload the pics I took
Oh and of all the random people to bump into in the pre-match thousands outside Wembley Park Tube station it had to be _ETH knackered from the Walk to Wembley
This is the first chance I've had today to log on and just had to read this thread from the start, my only post on here was 20:00 on Friday night....... The whole day from 2:45am when I got out of bed Saturday morning to get ready to meet Inky at 3:30 until 1:30am last night when I finally got home has to go down as one of the most amazing experiences..... A fantastic day spent in the company of terrific people drawn from all walks of life and brought together by our love of a small unfashionable football club from London W12 and this internet forum....... Thanks Lads & Lasses......
Pretty amazing There were about half a dozen random rangers on the concourse and we all just stopped, looked up the monitors and then went berserk .... Hence the flying phone What a superb day
Early sat morning I had a great chat with a Swiss QPR fan and his wife, as well as an Rrrs fan living in Wales and his lad at Wembley box office. Then onto Hennessey's and pleasure of meeting Tramore, Norway, Finglas and Inked UP. And Tom from Limerick (real name!). Great atmosphere and craic in Hennessey's before the game (was there from just before midday) and went there after the match too. What a day! Wore my scarf and waved my flag on the way back via Eurostar and had nothing but nice encouraging remarks from a Saints and a Hammers fan. Plus chat with a Norway fan and his wife in the tube this morning. Never fully realised how much this club is loved by overseas fans and am starting to feel that all the QPR hating that has occurred in the last 2 - 3 years maybe turning the other way, as people see the team and the fans are together. We've got our QPR back again!!!!!!!!!! COYRsssss!!!!!!!!!!
Paris...apologies for sending you on a wild goosechase to chat to Beth....turned out to be a relative of Finglas!!!!!!! Still it's another memory from a fantastic day......
Can I add my thanks to all those who made yesterday a special day. I didn't get to meet all those who were at Hennessy's but I did at least get to meet a few new faces, as well as spend a little time with some old ones. Thanks to this forum I now find it hard to even move around in a crowd of 40 thousand QPR supporters without continually bumping into people that I know. Great day, we really should do this more often, and somehow find more time to spend together.
My mates Mrs was in the ladies when we scored, trying to beat the Q and not miss extra time. Oh Bobby .........
