FFS. just seen the news, why does no one use winter tyres?
A few flakes of the white stuff and the whole country grinds to a halt.

Do t worry mate, you’ll soon be slim enough to do it up.I nearly zipped my coat today.
Do t worry mate, you’ll soon be slim enough to do it up.
But it doesn’t.
There’s always some daft ****s who think they should be entitled to act like it’s not dangerous.
I’m guessing you’re one of those that expects the local council should keep all roads clear by investing a fortune just in case? You’d be ok paying for that?
Weirdly most people CBA with forking out for snow tyres for at most a week a year.
Hard to think of anything more annoying at the mo than ****s banging on about how it doesn’t affect other countries like it does us.
It does.

Disaster averted then Dennis...Ever had a stale mince pie in the eye..Lethal...Good job that Lincoln Christmas Market was cancelled. Would have been carnage with all that light dusting of snow
And snow is literally the worst thing that could happen at a market planned for the winter

Headline? Oh in the media. They just want your attention so they can sell more advertising.OK I admit the winter tyres bit was a baited hook but come on headline news SNOW BOMB HITS supported by a picture of a road with what looks like less than 1/2 inch of snow. Is there a need for schools to close tomorrow? maybe in some rural remote areas but the big city's where most kids could walk to school surely not.
Funny that, it's exactly what your missus said...Some Xmas Market was postponed, until next Sunday, in Sandbach today because they were expecting 8” overnight.
If that’s 8” I’ve got a 6’ knob.
Funny that, it's exactly what your missus said...
frig me, I'm on a roll tonight, keep setting them up Ben!
