It's his No1 priority.
We have the physical trappings of a big club but there's no cohesive sporting vision. Levy's job should be looking at what the club needs in the years ahead, setting the vision and recruiting people to deliver it. First team coaches look at the next match and the current season. We desperately need someone who is permanently working in the space in between, driving recruitment (players and suitable coaches), scouting, loans, player development, etc., etc.
Until he actually appoints someone who can do that, he can 'consider' my money out of his reach.
