Cheese certainly isnt !! I tried some fake cheese that send shivers down my spine to this day.. so i have milk, eggs , cheese and erm actually the more i think about it I guess im not on a vegan diet at all

I got some vegan cheese from Holland and Barret and it wasn't bad actually .
Nowhere near as good as the normal stuff but ok

Ive found some products to be very good just not the dairy side .. i.eat honey too i know vegans dont like bees having their honey stolen, but i can only go so far , so im sorry but im not overly concerned about insects ... animals i care about , so call me a hypocrite but i think insect savings going too far.

I once asked a vegan lady if the fact she was on iron tablets and vitamin supplements told her anything about her diet. She just looked confused so I left it there.
