I think Bruce is ****e. Never wanted him as boss, his track record basically told you exactly what we were getting. If it was between him and Pards, there is no competition. Pards in terms of results, football played etc is comfortably the best manager under Ashley. I'm just not sure that is anything to write home about
I want Harry Potter. I think him and Jones would work and Potter seems capable of delivering modern footy with no money. Lets face it that's exactly what he'll get.

Part of the measure of a man is the ability to front up when you're wrong. Its shows real weakness in character really.
I can only think it must be really grating that Brucey boy decided to employ a new coach to improve performance, selected Jones from the options available, and therefore all benefits garnered from it are down to his managerial decisions.

Well I can only go off recent events on this thread. Mr Sky Dish Remover has proven himself to be a real truthseeker. He's tied Trev up in knots. Trev should be grateful that's metaphorically speaking as opposed to sexually.
I never said anything about the Jones appointment. I was just joking about how it came about. I never denied it was Bruce who appointed him.
I am guilty of disliking Bruce. I don’t mind admitting that.

Why was rafa lorded for finishing 13th and Bruce criticised for doing better finishing 12th?

I never had any real love in for Rafa. And his football wasn’t anything to shout about. He came across better in the media.
He did no better or worse than Bruce and I’ve stated this I’m on this thread.
I preferred him as a person.
I don’t think he git us relegated did he. He inherited a mess and got promoted on his first attempt. Then settled the ship post promotion.
And I can probably confidently say he had less money to spend than Bruce has so far.
Would Rafa be doing better with the current squad. I think probably yes.
Benitez had a net spend of next to **** all there though didn’t he? So hardly apples with apples compared to what Bruce has been given.
