I was just supporting someone's statement that it wasn't fair to take a sample when we were there to be shot at. But now it's on the other foot we can see who is more "obsessed".

Financially yes we're stronger ( just got 7 million for Buck & his boys) ,do you honestly believe that if any of our players were to go it would only be Liverpool in for them ,difference is Buck knows them but to get liverpool to play the way he will want them to will mean more than taking one / two players .If it is then pay up .We reinvent ourselves next season with a different coach and we'll have to be sussed out again ( not my words)

can't argue , money as always is the root of all evil, clubs living beyond their means,player/managers demanding ridiculous wages ,the trouble is every one wants instant success and large pots of it can either bring it or destroy the very reason for existing .look at Darlington ,community club shafted by it's last owner and out of existantence for chasing the dream,FA looking the other way and not giving a f**k for the very people the it was meant to represent

Premeirship football as a spectacle can be exciting but the inflated egos etc does for me, tarnish it.
