    Great thread about socks.

    I am a bit partial to cotton rich, but I also like the wool/polyester combo, and don't get me started on the nylon or acrylic......mmmmmm acrylic.

    Know it's the standard US Marine boot camp wake-up call - and definitely heard it in a film. Could've sworn it was Full Metal Jacket...

    Doing my head in now Hounslow - put me out of my misery ffs! What film was it then???
