Good news.Kenny Dalglish released from hospital![]()

How is everyone? Hope you're all coping well. My nephew is out of hospital. The doctor told him he could experience breathlessness for up to 12 weeks, he's managing to get a bit more sleep at home which is good.

Are you seeing many people out and about when you're on your rides or is it pretty deserted?Out on the bike again today. Evening ride this time as the sun was setting so quite a nice atmosphere. An even shorter spin than Sunday, 12 miles approx, but it was sunny all the way, mild and not much wind about. Metallica as riding music of choice
Hope everyone is getting out a bit in your own ways

Thanks for that. I was curious to know if people were generally adhering to the rules. You don't know unless you are out there yourself.Yes seeing people out and about on walks getting fresh air, some on their own or in pairs, some families in small groups with little kids. Not many though. I've also seen some teens, or early twenties types hanging around in ways they're probably not supposed to be doing right now. This is is mostly when I hop on the bike down to the shops. On Monday there was barely anyone around which I put down to it being bank holiday on top of everything else. Bit more life this evening
Curiously not seeing many, if any other road cyclists, though there tends to be a few people on bikes, commuters and more recreational casual type riders pootling about
