Scientists find which exoplanets could host alien life with pioneering ‘3D chemistry’ experiment https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/worl...emistry-experiment/ar-BBWBxL1?ocid=spartanntp Strikes me that scientists appear to be looking for planets that may support life similar to ours. But obviously we are what we are because of the conditions on this planet. The species on other planets will be those that thrive in the conditions of those planets; these are most likely nothing like humans, maybe thick as **** or super intelligent, possibly have 2 heads or 15 legs etc. Somewhere there may be humans like us, having somehow originated from the same DNA, but there may be planets where evolution has brought about totally different species
The chances of human type creatures out there is extremely small. If we only use Earth as an example, things on that front look pretty grim. It's estimated that the human being is just 1 of an estimated 8,700,000 species existing today. If we then add the thinking that 99% of all species that have lived on this planet are now gone, then humans in space probably don't exist.
What AI chips do to people's brains https://www.msn.com/en-gb/money/tec...-to-peoples-brains/ar-BBX0aTV?ocid=spartanntp I've always believed this would come. After all our brain is structured exactly the same as a computer so it was only a matter of time that it would be possible to program interfaces to it. I drew a diagram explaining this decades ago and people thought I was mad
The huge Falcon 9 on it's way to Cape Canaveral for it's December 4 launch. The SpaceX rocket will be conducting it's flight on behalf of a Commercial Resupply Services contract with NASA. The flight was delayed from October 15. About 3 minutes in we get to see the true size of this monster.

AI mind-reading tool produces video of human thoughts in real-time It was only a matter of time. Not perfected yet and will probably be too late for me
SpaceX's Falcon 9 launch carrying satellites for mobile and broadband services across the Asia-Pacific region.
British woman becomes first in the world to be treated with cancer therapy https://www.msn.com/en-gb/health/me...ith-cancer-therapy/ar-BBY7XbB?ocid=spartanntp This looks promising I remember reading somewhere that another approach that was being pursued was to feed the cancer to self implosion. That seemed really encouraging but haven't seen any comments about it lately
This video of the China explosion a few years back is as close as it gets. Are we dangerous here?Yes you are my dear!
Priceless the guy’s comment. “Holy **** .......... what the ****” and then they decide to run away. Where to?
Boeing's CST-100 Starliner gets it's first launch today. The Starliner concept is years behind schedule and today makes a non manned flight to the Space Station. Boeing hope the Atlas 5 powered Starliner will be crewed within 6 months. The launch is much needed as it's over cost and late. Live film. 20 minutes until launch.
