He lives off a falsehood that he actually said no. As I understand it, Celtic spoke to him/his reprentatives and after hearing their demands (one to be a 1st team regular - played as a Striker - MON apparently saw him as a right sided attacking midfielder), Celtic stopped the talks and decided to not proceed any further. There was nothing to say No to - no contract was offered.

Why, if he would never have wanted to play for Celtic, did he let his representatives talk to them?

He fooled the huns into believing his "I said no" pish and then proceeded to kiss the badge as much as possible.

Simply stating that, for whatever he has done as a footballer, I have no idea why it a) bothers some Celtic fans b)makes him a legend in the eyes of some Rangers fans.

A squad player who doesn't really deserve the attention he gets (from both sides).

I don't know why the Celtic fans hate him.

If the Celtic fans hadn't created that song about him I doubt he would have been as big with the Rangers support. As I said - he did score a few important goals, the reason I like him.

Sadly the Novo song, gave the wee rat faced tosser, a sort of hero status he never earned by his play.

I personally don't know why anyone would wish him dead but as we are all too aware, this country is full of utter bams
 
Novo is a nobody, whose only claim to flame is he was good at winding up a few Celtic fans who just detest everything about
that old team now deceased Rangers. Events have shown how right those few Celts were as "the old crowd Rangers
perpetuated the worse fraud ever in the British game.
The funny thing even though there is no such thing as Rangers, and even though their bastard son is going to be playing in
the SFL 3, if it is allowed to play at all this season, edge and some of his hun friends still contaminate out threads. Come on
Edge and your low life friends don't stay where you are not wanted or in a League's forum that you have not earned. We may
meet again in 4/5 years and maybe you will be a bit more humble and mature then.
