Dazza Purse actually said on commentary for CCFCTV the other day that Morison was way ahead of him in management terms and he was more than prepared to learn the ropes from him at under 21 level.

The only obvious advatage Hudson would bring over Morison is his media and management persona - he's a real nice guy. Maybe Tan et all don't want someone answering back to their involvement? From what we know, Huds is as responsible as Morison for the way we are playing, particularly defensively.
Whether Huds has the management skills to bring and get the best out a squad of players such as we have should surley be the only consideration. He'd certainly be the "cheap" option, but there again, when did we ever take the dear one?
I see Corberan has just been sacked by the Olypiacos bloke who owns Forest. Did a great job at Huddersfield before resigning and had Hudson there as his assistant.

You think it's worth looking at and I think it's worth looking at. However, the one's that can do something about it hardly have the best record in selection, recruitment and retention. Also, I wonder if he'd want to work with Hudson again given that he'd already resigned from a similar situation. I'm not suggesting MH was the reason but it might cause him concern.

Cardiff City winger Callum O’Dowda admits he's disappointed at the club's decision to part with Steve Morison.
Cardiff axed Morison on Sunday afternoon, following City's 1-0 defeat to Huddersfield Town, in a move that's provoked shock and even anger among sections of the club's support.
Many fans feel Morison, after overseeing an upheaval that saw 17 new players come through the door, deserved more time to try and make things click.
It seems the decision to let him go hasn't gone down too well with the winger either, who credited the outgoing boss as a key factor in his decision to move to the capital.
Speaking at the Republic of Ireland camp ahead of their Nations League games, he said: “I’m disappointed. I felt we as players owed a lot to Steve Morison. He was the one that did it for me, he was the one that got it over the line.
“I need to be careful what I say, but I’m quite disappointed with it all. But I guess, that’s football.”
