I am starting to fear it is a scatter gun approach, players from lower league football who are willing to sign on the cheap hoping some work. We failed with Cooper due to wages and Cellino had to eat humble pie and go back for him. We failed with Agard due to wages yet he joins League 1 Bristol City, we failed with Sorenson due to a greedy agent and Viviani due to? (wages??) I wouldn't be surprised to see Adryan failing to join, greedy agent or wage demands.
I guess it is Cellino's way, he owns the club, he knows what he wants to pay and we just have to hope that who he brings in can do the business.
The only reason we have Hockaday is he is cheap.
I think calling it Scatter Gun is giving it too much credit TBH
