House of the Rising Sun was one of the first tunes I learnt on guitar. RIP Hilton.

Sad to report the death of John Dwyer, age 70, who passed away last week......Who you may ask ?

Well many of you who traveled into QPR on the A4 would of passed him on your way ‘cos he was the homeless guy who lived in his handmade encampment, under the M4 in Chiswick.
Dunno if the rumour is true, but legend has it that he set up camp there 36 years after his wife and daughter died in an accident on the Chiswick roundabout and resisted being rehoused as he just wanted to be next to where they died.......a tragic story if true

RIP John......I’ll miss you coming out and shouting at us to “**** off” if we had a sirens on when we passed.
