Feared for him when I heard he'd been admitted to hospital, but so sad to hear of Captain Tom's passing. An inspiration.
The word Hero and Inspiration are words that are often used to describe some that are not worthy.
Sir Captain Tom Moore - you are a true legend, a hero and inspiration to a whole world and generation.

How sad. Seemed a very humble man. Had a talent for doing and saying the right thing. A great example to us all. RIP
A shining example of a truly modest and heroic man. Captain Sir Tom Moore was a hero long before I ever knew of him; he became a hero again and a legend with no ego, just by wanting to do something extraordinary to make tomorrow a better day for other people.
Thoughts are with his family at such a difficult time... you are so fortunate to have had such an incredible father and grandfather to remember forever.
