A bit late this one as apparently he passed away in June.....

i was away last week and i bumped into a QPR friend who told me that Gerry, the guvenor of the Crown & Sceptre passed away in June. I was shocked as I knew Gerry quite well. Other QPR forums carried info on it at the time but I know quite a few from here would have known him too. A heart attack apparently, not covid.

I was completely shocked when I heard the news.

RIP Gerry. Condolences to his family.

Diana Rigg dies at 82.

I find this really sad. Big fan of the Avengers as a kid - and I still watch them

Dame Diana’s daughter, actress Rachael Stirling, said: “My Beloved Ma died peacefully in her sleep early this morning, at home, surrounded by family. She died of cancer diagnosed in March, and spent her last months joyfully reflecting on her extraordinary life, full of love, laughter and a deep pride in her profession. I will miss her beyond words”.

So sad, following her predecessor Honor Blackman who passed away earlier this year. RIP Diana...

The band revealed the singer passed away "peacefully" in Jamaica

Toots and the Maytals singer Toots Hibbert has died aged 77, the band have revealed.

Earlier this month, Hibbert was hospitalised after testing positive for the coronavirus.

“It is with the heaviest of hearts to announce that Frederick Nathaniel ‘Toots’ Hibbert passed away peacefully tonight, surrounded by his family at the University Hospital of the West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica,” the band’s Twitter account announced.

“The family and management would like to thank the medical teams and professionals for their care and diligence, and ask that you respect their privacy during their time of grief.

“Mr. Hibbert is survived by his wife of 39 years, Mrs. D, and his seven of eight children.”
