just catching up.
I read on here or on a news site recently that they are looking into making the Olympic Park Run an annual affair so one to keep an eye out for.
Running is quite a buzz to be fair.
I've done the last two GNR's but cannot match your lasses time. I'm about 30 mins behind her
Gonna have a year off this year and recharge my batteries as I want to go under 2 hours next year... as I'm 40 then.
A good race to think about is the Blaydon Race (as it the Geordie anthem)...

What month is the Blaydon Race ?
My Brother in Law lives in Lobbley Hill, so were up there a couple of times a year.
If you ever fancy running the Manchester 10k, you can stay at ours, no probs. we run it anyway and always jump the barrier to set off with the Elite runners, just to get the race over ASAP.
