Well the way it works is you give me positive rep twice and it will be like giving neg rep, only stronger, so the impact is even greater. Go on, I deserve it. It's the least I should get as punishment.

Can only give + rep once and then have to wait, so somebody else could come along and neg you and it would all be pointless.
