Ahh mate sorry to hear that, my knees were not right for about two weeks after the run, but I didn't train, just three weeks notice so I was lucky really.

Think of all the good you did, it will ease your pain.:angel:

Indeed... It was a little joke about the relaxed approach to brothels that the Dutch (or Amsterdam residents) have... A corner shop is everywhere in the UK.... Just like knocking shops I the Netherlands.

Pain is temporary... The money lasts a lot longer.
That's my view tbh.
I laugh at myself as I type as ai really do walk like the penguin.. ;)

That's nothing, should see me after I've been out in killer heels, next day I walk like I've got two broken ankles.....<laugh>

Must adit killer heels look so painful.
You can almost see some ladies grimacing as the walk.
Makes the calf look elongated though so swings and roundabouts.

I know what a Dutchie is, but was more about the specific relation between Dutch boys, corner shops and brothels when speaking to someone who is Dutch and not an Amsterdammer... Because people from Amsterdam are in general loathed around the country. Amsterdam is in fact almost the opposite of The Netherlands...
