Evening ACS. how's the training going for the Great North Run? You know, that thingy you're doing for charity that we should all support. You know, from that other thread about raising funds for MacMillan.

evening all, i haven't spread much so not much to give away, sorry! How's everyone tonight?

Evening H - how's life on the Watford board. Has everyone moved on from Dyche being given the big E, or is there dissent amoung the ranks?

Hi mate. Not bad. No rain is a good sign and the mileage is building nicely. Up to 10 mile now.

3 nights on the road (2 long/1 short) and two nights in the gym on the cross trainer and light weights.
Have a night off to drink lager and a rest night too;)

Oh yes, the fund raiser. I wonder how many people have forgot to donate?

Also found out this week that one of the greatest long distance runners ever, Gabre Haileselaisse (spelling?) is running again. What a bloke. He just loves the GNR.

Zola received a very nice standing ovation at our first pre-season friendly. I think most people are behind him, it's not his fault after all, but given the choice, i think most would also say that Dyche deserved his chance. So, very positive, but just sad about Dyche probably sums up how people are feeling right now :)
