It's tight at the bottom.

Brighton (36 Pts) Southampton away, Newcastle home & Burnley away.
West Ham (34 Pts) has Watford home, Man U away & Villa home
Watford (34 Pts) has Man City home West Ham away & Arsenal Away.
Bournemouth (31 Pts) has Man City away, Southampton at home &. Everton away.
Villa (30 Pts) has Everton & West Ham away, Arsenal home.
.
It's looking like Norwich, Villa and between Watford and Bournemouth as West Spam has the slightly easier run-in IMO.

If West Ham beat Watford they'll have 37 points and a superior goal difference to the other teams. If they go into their last match needing a draw with Villa to make sure of safety I'm sure they'll get it.
Brighton must be a bit worried.

West Ham looking like a side who actually wants to stay up, only took them 30-something games.

Clearly Bowen is the reason for the turnaround.

Jarrod Bowen has four assists in his last five Premier League games.
